Cushman & Wakefield’s Jeff Sweeney and Austin Johnston Represented the Law Firm in its Acquisition of a 3,736-Square-Foot Office Building in Ocala
Morgan & Morgan, which continues to develop a broad network of local offices throughout the state of Florida, acquired the one-story office building at 1007 East Silver Springs Boulevard in early May. It will be the firm’s nineteenth office in the state and its first in Marion County. Morgan & Morgan is expected to move 15 attorneys and support staff into the building this fall.
“This building proved to be a great fit for Morgan & Morgan’s expanding network of law offices,” said Sweeney. “It offers the requisite finishes and excellent exposure along East Silver Springs Boulevard.”
Based in Orlando, Morgan & Morgan was founded in 1988 and is a leading personal injury law firm employing more than 300 lawyers and nearly 1,500 support staff in Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky, New York, Pennsylvania, Alabama and Arkansas. The firm has represented more than 75,000 clients nationwide.
